Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day shipment (subject to processing time and product availability).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship on the next business day.

Same-day shipping is not guaranteed during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.


Weekend & Holiday Shipping

We do not ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following business day.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Estimated delivery windows begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
