Mastery Essentials
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Unopened, unused items purchased at full price from the Mastery Essentials collection may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Mastery Essentials Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
• Items not in original condition
• Gift cards
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
The Closure Collection
Due to the hygienic nature and customization of hair products, all sales from The Closure Collection are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on closures once an order has been processed.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
Return Request Process
To request a return (Mastery Essentials only), please contact our support team with:
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Class Purchase Policy
All class purchases — including in-person and online courses — are non-refundable.
Due to limited seating, advance planning, and the proprietary nature of our educational materials, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request a transfer to a future class date under the following conditions:
• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled class start date
• A $200 transfer fee applies per transfer
• Transfers are subject to availability of future classes
• Only one transfer per purchase is permitted
Requests made fewer than 30 days before the class date are not eligible for transfer.
Missed Classes
Failure to attend a scheduled class without an approved transfer will result in forfeiture of the full class fee.
Online Courses
Online course purchases are also non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon enrollment, and all sales are final.
Exceptions
In the rare event that a class must be rescheduled or canceled by our team, participants will be offered a transfer to a new date or alternative accommodations.
